Hello, I'm Brian! I create excellent as-builts!

Since 2007 I've run a drafting services business in NYC. My specialty is creating accurate and precise measured drawings of existing buildings. In the process of doing so I provide professional customer service, and perform my work in a practical and intelligent manner.

Over the years I've been contracted by nationwide companies like CBRE, Sherwin-Williams, Vanity Fair, and also Turner for whom I created construction logistics drawings of the World Trade Center's Tower 2. Conversely, I've serviced many local architects, engineers, homeowners, interior designers, realtors and the like.

Prior to 2007 I worked as an Engineer for AECOM and other engineering firms. However, back then what I really wanted was to have my own business. I'm quite fulfilled now, having taken the entrepreneurial step!
