To provide as-built documentation services is to record the as-constructed configuration of something. That something could be a structure, mechanical system, plumbing system, or etc.
As a Drafter, the way I document items is via drawings. I create such drawings from field measurements of whatever it is that I’m documenting.
Recently I provided such services in a building that was under construction. I documented the as-built location of a sprinkler system. Below is a brief video discussing this project.
